PDS Design & Build offer an in-house maintenance service for the following repair works; General joinery, plumbing, electrical, roofing & drainage problems.

Response times range from 3 to 72 hours depending on the severity of the problem which is dictated by the client when the call is logged. There is an out of hours contact number form any works requiring attention after the office closes.

Works range from between £100 to £5000; we therefore operate a £250 limit on any works carried out during an initial visit. The problems are ascertained and if works can be undertaken for this amount, or below, they will be undertaken there and then. However any works over this amount will be made secure and a quotation provided.
